Located in the territories of Baan Sai Ngam, Ta Muen Sub District, Baan Nong Kam, Pun Saree Sub District, Wang Thong District and Baan Sum Rung, Chomphu Sub District, Naern Ma Prang District, Phitsanulok Province, Around 2 kilometers from the trail Wang Thong-Naern Ma Prang (10 kilometers), with the total area of approximately 12,500 rai. The Royal Forest Departmenet has proclaimed it to be a forest park on February 10, 1993.
Topography
The landscape is high steep mountains separates the area to be clearly, most of the area is dry evergreen forests with high steep cliffs all around overlooking the beautiful view below clearly and widely. The area of hill that is the wideness plain,
has a peak that around 468 meters above sea level.
Climate
There are 3 seasons :
The rainy season is started from June to September; Winter season, October to January; and Summer season, February to May.
Flora and Fauna
The most plants is evergreen forest, whereas some plants nearby ground stone is teng rang forest, the slopes of the hill nearby the plain area is deciduous forests and nearby the slopes of the hill is a dense of bamboo forests.
The important plants are rubbers, red cadar, oramosia, shorea, lagerstroemia, ironwood, kinds of bamboo and especially many sappanwood.
Wild animals to see such as monkey, palm civet, squirrels, chipmunks, jungle fowl and kinds of birds.
