Key feature in Kaew Komol Forest Park is cave. Inside the cave is full of crystal calcite mineral on the wall both on the floor and ceil. The crystal forms various shapes such as Prismatic, Form, Rhombohedron and Scalenohedron, looking like coral, cauliflower, candle and ceiling lamp in different colour, white, clear, yellow, red and brown. The main cave has been explored and found that there are 5 internal rooms in which the fifth room, the farthest one inside, is the most beautiful because of the richness of crystal calicite and that still increase day by day. |
