Topography
Its high and sloped mountain, solo situated on the western plain of Nakorn Sawan province. Khao Luang Summit is the highest summit which is 772 metres above the average sea level. The second highest summit is Khao Khiew Summit which is 762 metres above the average sea level. Generally, its limestoned mountain. The slope of most of the area is more than 35%. Forest on the mountain is abundant. Its where various animals live. Its the watershed area of Wang Ma Canal and Bang La Mung Canal in Nakorn Sawan Province.
Flora and Fauna
The Mixed Deciduous Forest: its clear forest mixed with deciduous forest. There are small and average-size of trees. Bamboo is crowded grown. Flora found consist of Spondias pinnata, Leguminosae genus, Bombax sp., Lagerstroemia sp., Xylia xylocarpa, Pterocarpus macrocarpus, and so on.
The Dry Deciduous Dipterocarp Forest: found around the foothill area. Most of trees are small species. Grass covers the ground. Almost every year, there will be forest fire. Flora found consist of Shorea obtusa, Shorea siamensis, Pterocarpus macrocarpus, Dipterocarpus tuberculatus, Dipterocarpus obtusifolius, Sindora siamensis, Thyrsostachys siamemsis, etc.
The Dry Evergreen Forest: found on top of mountain, valley and crowded forest consisted of vines, rattan and orchid. Flora recorded are Hopea Odorata, Dipterocarpus sp., Baccaurea sp., Myrsinacae sp., SOMPONG, Lagerstroemia sp., Chukrasia venlutina, etc.
